Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on earrings or any custom trinket dishes.  We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, however, if one breaks due to a flaw in the design, we will send a replacement if it’s within two weeks of your purchase date.

We do not accept returns on personalized items, unless an error has been made on the part of the vendor.  

Trinket trays that ARE NOT customized can be returned wIthin 10 days of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee, buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.
